Awesome Customer Support February 10, 2017
Reviewer: Toms from Vancouver, WA United States
I purchased a set of folding trekking poles and one was defective. I called customer support and the representative immediately mailed me a new pole and apologized for my inconvenience.  The poles are great products and their customer support is outstanding!

"One can not beat the performance for the price of these poles. I used them on The Way in Spain last September. They help up to the abuse on the trail with ease. Still using them and going strong. Best bang for the buck!" –William

"Love these poles! The carbide tips gripped very well on rock and soil. They were able to support the full load of my weight (210 lbs) going up the mountain. Coming down the anti-shock feature helped cushion my shoulders and knees. Cork handles absorbed moisture and kept my hands dry." –Bryson

"I bought a pair of these at Costco for 24.99. I was a little worried about the quality because the price was 1/4th to 1/8th of comparable poles at REI. After using these to climb a few mountains in the Columbia River Gorge I began to regret my choice to purchase a single set. These are sturdy, strong and add almost no weight to my pack when not in use. I ended up deciding to give them to my wife for the rest of the year since they are so light and I like to keep her pack as light as possible. Luckily I was able to find them on their website and bought bought another pair direct!" –Jeff
