Parts replacement June 14, 2017

I love my Cascade Mountain Trekking poles, but had lost a couple key parts. Had an issue ordering on line, but Jan got it done on the phone in record time, then didn't charge for the parts. I'm an even bigger fan now, and the Sierra Club Senior Hikers will hear the praises of Cascade Mountain Tech. Thanks!

Great service May 8, 2017

We purchased two sets of hiking poles which we really love.  So easy to adjust.
I needed to replace a small part on one set, the clip that holds the ends of the poles together.  I called one day and received the item, in the mail the next day.
Great poles, great service.

I must admit that when I called on a Sat. that I was surprised to get a real person -
He said he would have someone return my call on Monday and it happened - I must commend your company on the super customer service - Something one rarely finds these days -

"One can not beat the performance for the price of these poles. I used them on The Way in Spain last September. They help up to the abuse on the trail with ease. Still using them and going strong. Best bang for the buck!" –William

"Love these poles! The carbide tips gripped very well on rock and soil. They were able to support the full load of my weight (210 lbs) going up the mountain. Coming down the anti-shock feature helped cushion my shoulders and knees. Cork handles absorbed moisture and kept my hands dry." –Bryson

"I bought a pair of these at Costco for 24.99. I was a little worried about the quality because the price was 1/4th to 1/8th of comparable poles at REI. After using these to climb a few mountains in the Columbia River Gorge I began to regret my choice to purchase a single set. These are sturdy, strong and add almost no weight to my pack when not in use. I ended up deciding to give them to my wife for the rest of the year since they are so light and I like to keep her pack as light as possible. Luckily I was able to find them on their website and bought bought another pair direct!" –Jeff
